Warranty Policy

At ArtciseGlobal, we always care about your experience as a customer and want to make sure that you have no worries when it comes to after-sales service. If you have any problems with your ArtciseGlobal product, we promise to take care of it. If we are unable to repair your product, we will promptly replace it with a product that is in perfect working condition and will be in the same or better physical condition than your product.

We will warranty all ArtciseGlobal products against any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please note, however, that this warranty does not cover loss, theft, vandalism or cosmetic damage.

Return & Refund

1.Returns and Exchanges

1.1 Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

1.2 Return Process:

Contact Customer Service: To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service team at support@artciseglobal.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Return Authorization (if applicable): For eligible returns, we may provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item.

Return the Item: Follow the provided instructions to return the item. Please include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation in the package.

1.3 Refund/Exchange Approval: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

1.4 Refund/Exchange Processing Time: If approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

2.Your package has been received:

1. Lasersgo Responsibility:

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.

Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when lasersgo is responsible for shipping the wrong item.

2.Customer's responsibility(Incorrect Order(size of item) or Unwanted Item).We need to deduct the shipping cost sent to you, we will provide a bill with shipping details

a. Unopened package(s) with its original receipt: You will receive a refund for your purchase price and pay us a 5% service fee. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

b. Opened package(s), unused, with its original receipt, with all original materials and packaging, undamaged: You will receive a refund for your purchase price, and pay us a 8% service fee. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any return shipping cost.

c. Opened package(s), used, unit no visible wear or damage, within 30 days of shipment with its original receipt, with all original packaging and materials except the Proofgrade Materials, undamaged: You will receive a refund for your purchase price, and pay us a 10% service fee. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any return shipping cost.

If you are approved of our policy, your refund will be processed.

PS:The percentage of service fee mentioned above is based on the total price of goods, including tax and freight.Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
